Thought I’d write you a quick email regarding the service Woof has given us.

Sometimes I wonder if good service is going out of fashion; hearing from disgruntled customers (not that often!) and being treated badly as a customer makes me think that there aren’t many of us who want to give great service as often as we can.

The saying “A happy customer has 10 friends; an unhappy customer has 100” is also true.

(I still haven’t heard back from the other company who I asked to quote on our design and stationery needs. I think they’ve missed their chance!)

We received our business cards today, and everyone is really happy. Not only did they turn up in exceptional time, but they look fantastic. Everyone loves them.

Would you please pass on to Gerry and Naomi that we are all very impressed by their service. They kept me informed throughout every step of both orders, and when I asked for changes, they responded happily and quickly. They made the whole process really easy.

Many of our publishing and design jobs have been large, complicated and restricted to a very tight deadline. From a design perspective, our major publication, EP Farming Systems Summary is now recognized nationally as a benchmark for delivery of research information to farmers, due in no small part to the creativity and hard work of the WOOF team.

As a work team, WOOF have a complimentary collection of skills and personalities that allow them to cater for a very wide range of job types and clients.
